The Sydney Swans have rated highly in Round 2 coaches votes after a dominant display over Essendon on Saturday. 

After another textbook performance in the midfield Isaac Heeney polled nine votes after finishing with 32 disposals, four tackles and a goal to his name. Heeney was just one disposal short of his career-high 33, which he achieved against Essendon in 2019. 

The 27-year-old remains at the top of the leaderboard with 28 votes.

Lightning fast forward Tom Papley earned his first seven coaches votes of the season after booting four goals against the Bombers. He finished the round with 24 disposals, 10 marks and two tackles.

Gulden trailed just behind his teammates with six coaches votes (24 disposals, 5 tackles) and sits in 14th position for overall votes thanks to a consistent start to the season.

Chad Warner nabbed one vote after kicking two majors and 28 disposals.
