The Sydney Swans visited schools, football clubs, hospitals and community events this week as part of the 2014 AFL Australia Post Community Camp.
Swans players were spread across NSW on Monday and Tuesday and attended events in Sydney, Wollongong, the Southern Highlands, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Tamworth and Armidale.
