Alexandra Goodfellow is currently Vice Chair, Australasia at leading executive search firm Korn Ferry. Originally from the UK, Goodfellow has over 30 years’ experience in human capital consulting across Board, CEO, Financial Services and Property within Australia, Asia and the UK. She is a member of the AICD 30% Club.

Goodfellow is a Non-Executive Director of MA Financial Group and Chair of their Remuneration & Nomination Committee; she is also a member of the Funding Committee for the Westmead Children’s Hospital Grace Ward. Previously she was a Mentor with the Minerva Network, was a Founding Member of the Tiffany Red Cross Committee, and Advisory Committee Member for Women in Payments.

Goodfellow joined the Sydney Swans Board in April 2015.
