The Sydney Swans will play the GWS Giants at the SCG from 1:45pm AEST. Gates open at 11:45am.

With up to 35,000 footy fans expected at the derby clash, ticketholders are urged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.

Public transport is the best way to get to the SCG with frequent light rail and buses servicing the Moore Park area. Travel on transport is included in your ticket to the game so leave the car at home as parking will be in high demand.

Trains to the city run regularly where you can connect with frequent light rail services to Moore Park. The Moore Park light rail stop is located a short walk across from the SCG. Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Anzac Parade and Oxford Street nearby.

Please note that planned weekend trackwork is taking place across the network that may affect how you travel to the city. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner and allow extra travel time. 

• Metro North West Line: Buses replace all services between Tallawong and Chatswood.
• City Circle: Trains are not running on the City Circle, or between Central and Wynyard.
• T1 Western Line: From 8am Saturday, Richmond trains run between Richmond and Leppington. Change trains at Parramatta to continue your journey.
• T2 Inner West & Leppington Line: On Saturday from 8am, buses replace Inner West trains between Strathfield and Central. Express trains continue to run between Strathfield and Central.
• T3 Bankstown Line: Buses replace trains between Lidcombe and Sydenham. 

• Travel on transport is included in your ticket to the game and extra services will be running before and after the match.
• Consider walking between Central and Moore Park via Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway to avoid the queues for transport services before and after the match.
• See the Moore Park walking and transport map  to find your way.
• If you’re planning on catching taxis or ride share home, use the dedicated pick-up area on Moore Park Road at Oatley Road.

If you have to drive parking is available within short walking distance of the SCG at:  

Entertainment Quarter car park, entry via Errol Fynn Boulevard.  

Kippax Park (EP2) grass car park, entry via northern end of Driver Avenue from Moore Park Road. 

Showground Field (EP3) grass car park, entry via southern end of Driver Avenue from Lang Road. 

Please note that both EP2 and EP3 are cashless and flat rate parking fees apply.  

$25 parking is available at Sydney Boys & Sydney Girls High School car parks with entry via Cleveland Street. Use the Anzac Parade pedestrian bridge to get to and from the SCG.

Accessible gates can be found at Gate A, D and E off Driver Ave and Gates F and G off Moore Park Road, down Paddington Lane.

• Brewongle lift: Enter the ground through Gate E. On the left as you come through Gate E enter through glass doors with a sign above ‘Brewongle Suites & Boxes, Churchill Boxes, Club SCG.’  
• Churchill lift: Enter the ground through Gate E. Turn right after the escalator. Clive Churchill lift is the first you see through glass doors. 
• Victor Trumper lift: Enter the ground through Gate E. Turn right after the escalator. The Victor Trumper lift is behind the Clive Churchill lift. 
• Bill O’Reilly lift: Enter the ground through Gate E and go straight ahead to the green wall. Follow the green wall toward bay 25. There will be an SCG staff member who can direct you through the tunnel to the O’Reilly stand. 
• MA Noble lift: Enter the ground through Gate A. Follow the path behind the members pavilion to the MA Noble Stand. Enter the atrium and the lifts are to the left of the stairs and escalators.

Sydney Swans are dedicated to providing a fun and safe Macca’s Kick 2 Kick experience. An announcement will be made on the day via the ground PA (during the match) if Kick 2 Kick will take place. 

No pre-paid parking is available for EP2 and EP3. Please purchase your parking pass at the parking gate when you arrive on the day.  We suggest you arrive early to avoid missing out on a parking spot. Remember that EP2 and EP3 are cashless so please come prepared.  

Entry to corporate areas of the SCG will be via the gate nominated on your ticket. Please download your ticket prior to arriving at the venue to ensure you know which gate to enter through.  For any further corporate ticketing enquiries please visit the hospitality website.
