Andrew Pridham was appointed to the board in 2002 and has served as its Chairman since December 2013.

He is Co-founder and Vice-Chairman of global financial services company MA Financial Group and Deputy-Chairman of the Sydney Swans Foundation.

Andrew is an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Australia where he was also awarded an honorary Doctorate of the University in 2022.

Andrew is a member of the AFL Commission nominations committee.

In the 2019 Australia Day Honours he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished services to investment banking and asset management sector, to sporting groups, and to philanthropy.
