This Saturday we’re celebrating 10 years since the Sydney Swans emphatic victory over Hawthorn with the 2012 Premiership reunion.

Names including Jack, Grundy, Smith, Bolton, Pyke, Jetta and Malceski will be on the hallowed turf of the SCG once again, to complete a lap of honour ahead of the Sydney Swans match against the Gold Coast Suns.
