The QBE Sydney Swans Academy will be in action this weekend when the 2022 NAB AFL National Development Championships – Under 16 boys competition gets underway.
The NAB AFL National Championships are the highest level of state and territory representative football, as part of the AFL’s Talent Pathway Program. The competitions will feature the most talented boys from across Australia who are the next generation of stars in the men’s game.
The QBE Sydney Swans Academy Under 16 boys side will kick off their competition campaign when they face the GWS Giants in Round One. The clash will take place at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday, June 18 from 12:30pm.
In a big curtain-raiser to the clash, the Swans Academy Under 17 Futures side will also be in action against the Giants from 10am.
