Sydney Swans forward Tom Papley has polled the full 10 votes for the AFL Coaches Association’s AFL Champion Player Award following the side’s Round 19 victory over Adelaide at the SCG.
Papley is one of five Swans to claim votes following the 33-point victory, with Nick Blakey, James Rowbottom, Will Hayward and Callum Mills also claiming votes.
Papley starred with two goals, 22 disposals, five tackles and 12 score involvements, which included an spectacular individual effort from the centre bounce.

Blakey was busy with 26 disposals, two tackles, eight intercepts, 5 inside-50s and five scoring involvements to claim six votes while James Rowbottom (2 votes - 26 disposals, 14 contested possessions, 8 tackles, 8 clearances, 5 inside-50s), Will Hayward (1 vote - 3 goals, 14 disposals) and Callum Mills (1 vote - 27 disposals, 1 goal, 6 tackles) also polled votes.
