A prodigious kick of the football with excellent defensive skills who likes to attack and take the game on. Shows very good vision and disposes of the ball very effectively either by hand or foot. A very good one-on-one defender that played three games for WA in the NAB AFL Under 18 Championships. Averaged 15.5 disposals and 4.4 marks per game in 14 matches for East Fremantle at Colts level in 2012.
Marsh finished second to the Northern Knights' Matthew Haynes in the repeat sprint test at the AFL Draft Combine. The repeat sprint test requires participants to complete six 30m sprints.
"Harrison Marsh is a young boy from Margaret River who just came up to East Fremantle this year so 2012 was a bit of a learning curve for him. He’s around 188cm mark, he’s powerful, quick and good around stoppages. He’s got a bit to learn but that’s OK because he’s a good kid, he applies himself and all of the reports on him have been really good," Sydney Swans Recruiting and List Strategy Manager, Kinnear Beatson.
