Sydney Swans defender Brenna Tarrant has earnt a Mark of the Year: Round Eight nomination following Sydney's clash with Essendon at Ikon Park.

Tarrant put her body on the line in the fourth quarter, rising from behind the pack to take a crucial mark for the Swans. 

The Round Eight Toyota AFLW Mark of the Year nominations are as follows:

  • Chelsea Randall (Adelaide Crows)
  • Ruby Schleicher (Collingwood)
  • Brenna Tarrant (Sydney Swans)

The 2022 Toyota AFLW Season 7 Mark of the Year Award celebrates the season's best mark and is awarded at the W Awards.
