The Sydney Swans and Major Partner, Volkswagen Australia, teamed up to give members and fans the chance to win prizes daily and also go into the draw to win a Volkswagen Polo Life, as part of their 2022 Volksgiving campaign.

The Swans would like to congratulate Jess , a first-year member of the club, for claiming our major prize as the winner of Volksgiving for 2022.

"I was at work when the call came through and I took it in a quiet room. When I came back out, I told my colleagues 'Um, I just won a car?!'

"They obviously thought it was a joke," Jess said.

"I also had to show my family the announcement on the Swans website for them to believe me. It was pretty bloody exciting - nothing like this has happened to me before."

While Jess was extremely excited to win a Volkswagen, she is arguably just as proud to be a member of a club that she has supported for the last 10 years.

"I feel really proud to support the Swans. I think the Swans have a really clear set of values that they live and breathe through their culture.

"There is a commitment to their fans to be inclusive and community-focused. Everyone is welcome, respected and celebrated.

"It allows me to feel confident and proud to say that I support the Swans, no matter where they sit on the ladder."
