Bronwyn Gulden continues her coaching development within the Swans Female programs, returning to the Academy in an assistant role. 

Bronwyn discovered her love of football growing up in Central Victoria under the influence of her dad and local club Bridgewater.  Following a move to Sydney and guiding her children into Auskick at the Maroubra Saints, she commenced her coaching at that level in 2007.

A passion for the growth of female football and coaching gave her numerous roles within youth and senior teams at club and representative level, before joining the Academy as an assistant coach at the commencement of their Youth Girls program in 2018.

Joining the AFLW team in its inaugural season in 2022, she was responsible for the development of the team’s backline.  In 2023 she will coach the U/16 female team and assist Nick Davis in the U/18 female team as midfield coach.
