Kristie is an accomplished coach with a lifetime being around AFL and significant experience coaching at community and elite level. 

Born into a generation when women didn’t play is what has driven Kristie’s commitment to changing that reality. Kristie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the QBE Sydney Swans Academy.

Kristie has a proven understanding and ability to build successful high performing team culture through her professional background and player experience. She holds extensive qualifications in AFL coaching, specifically coaching female athletes, and over 20 years’ work experience in leadership and communications.

In 2022, Kristie was named Chemist Warehouse AFLW Community Ambassador in recognition of her significant contribution to the development of grassroots AFL in NSW/ACT.  She is well respected within the AFL coaching community and has been sought out as a mentor and advisor by aspiring community coaches.

Kristie is a highly skilled, dedicated, and passionate coach committed to developing the next generation of female AFL players both on and off the field.
