Sydney Swans players and staff joined members from Down Syndrome NSW at a private screening of new movie 'Champions' - a film about a minor-league basketball coach (Woody Harrelson) who receives a court order to manage a team of players with intellectual disabilities.
Players such as Justin McInerney, Braeden Campbell, Will Gould, and Logan McDonald enjoyed a special evening of fun, laughter, and plenty of smiles, as they warmed the hearts of families and friends, and those who live with Down Syndrome.
The Swans joined forces with Down Syndrome NSW in march last year as part of the club's Diversity Action Plan, with an aim to raise awareness for inclusion and diversity in the community.
