Bio

Hailing from Wodonga on the border of Victoria and New South Wales, defender David McLeish played 213 games for South Melbourne between the years 1969 and 1980. He represented Victoria against Western Australia in 1976 and after leaving the VFL, returned to his local club of Wodonga to become a premiership coach.
