Registrations for the Priority Three Grand Final ticket ballot will go ahead from 5pm-9pm today, Wednesday September 10.
Please note, should the Sydney Swans qualify a very limited number of STANDING ROOM ONLY tickets remain for allocation through this ballot.
The registration process via Ticketek has been updated so that Priority Three members can only select to accept the next best available ticket, including STANDING ROOM. If you are not willing or able to stand up for the duration of the match should the Sydney Swans qualify, you should NOT complete a registration during this time.
If you are happy to be allocated a STANDING ROOM ONLY ticket, please follow the instructions outlined below to register between 5pm-9pm today. The ballot will then determine who is successful in obtaining a Grand Final ticket.
Should the Swans qualify, successful ballot registrations will be confirmed on www.sydneyswans.com.au and via email on Monday 22 September.
Sydney Swans members will be registering for the Grand Final ticket ballot this WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10. Please read through all of the information below carefully.

www.ticketek.com.au OR 1300 796 939
You will need to provide the 12-digit membership barcode number of each member in your group and your credit card details.A non-refundable fee of $5.00 per membership barcode ($7.50 for Priority Three members) will be charged at the time of registration to cover administrations costs. Payments are accepted by credit card only.
The following ticket options will be provided for members to select when registering (your selection will apply to all barcodes registered in the transaction):
1. I WILL ACCEPT THE NEXT BEST AVAILABLE TICKET – INCLUDING STANDING ROOM
Members can receive category 1-7 seating, restricted view seat or a standing room ticket. These will be allocated on the next best available basis.
2. I WILL ACCEPT THE NEXT BEST AVAILABLE RESERVED SEAT – NO STANDING ROOM
Members can receive category 1-7 or restricted view seat only. These will be allocated on the next best available basis. Members will not be allocated a standing room ticket.
Please note, selecting OPTION 2 may reduce your chance of being successful in obtaining a Grand Final ticket. If all reserved seats have been allocated when your registration is next to be processed, you will not be issued a Grand Final ticket.
Step-by-step guides for internet or phone registration can be downloaded below.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN i GET?

Members who wish to sit together must register in one group as one transaction. If you wish to sit with members who are in a lower Priority Group, you must fall back and register with them in their designated timeframe. For example, if a Priority One member wishes to sit with a Priority Two or Priority Three member, they must register with them in their designated timeframe and they will waive their ticket guarantee. You can only fall back into a lower group. You cannot move into a higher group.
A limit of eight (8) tickets per transaction applies. Members should be aware that registrations with more than one ticket are 'one in, all in' or 'one out, all out'. Group bookings will not be split.
CAN I REGISTER FOR A CONCESSION TICKET?
The type of membership you held in season 2014 will determine the type of ticket you are eligible to register for. Adult members may only purchase an adult ticket. Concession and junior members may only purchase a ticket at the concession price.
I REQUIRE ACCESSIBLE SEATING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Members that require accessible seating and those who hold a Companion Card were contacted by the Club prior to Friday 5 September with separate registration instructions. If you have not been contacted by the Club prior to this date and you require access to a wheelchair space, easy access seating or if you hold a Companion Card, please call Member Services on 1300 663 819 by this date.
