1. Lance Franklin ($536,000) FWD
Buddy returned to elite Fantasy numbers last year averaging 95, a huge improvement on the 79 he averaged in his final season with Hawthorn (which happened to be his worst average over the last eight years). A healthy Kurt Tippett in 2015 will only help Buddy’s performances. When Tippett and Buddy played alongside each other last year, Buddy averaged 107, a massive 23 points more than when Tippett was out. A Fantasy superstar!
2. Luke Parker ($585,000) MID
Although Parker has lost his forward status in 2015, he is still a great pick. He averaged 103 last year and has impressed over the NAB Challenge racking up great numbers and tackling like a man possessed. 10% of all coaches are already on the future champion.
3. Josh P. Kennedy ($595,000) MID
After a slow start to 2014, Kennedy went on a seven-game streak averaging 122. He would have finished the season with an average of 110, however he scored an injury-affected 16 in his last game, dropping his average to 105.
4. Isaac Heeney ($246,000) MID
Ignore his hefty price tag because this kid can play. He averaged 120 in the NEAFL last year and won the Harrison Medal in division two of the NAB AFL Under-18 championships. Looking likely for a round one debut.
5. Dan Hannebery ($547,000) MID
Hannebery had a career best average of 97 last year and has steadily increased his average every year since 2011, despite three games of scoring under 65. He’s a Fantasy star who can go even bigger!
