Sydney Swans Major Partner Volkswagen has handed the keys to a brand new T-Cross Life to one lucky Sydney Swans member after another successful Volksgiving campaign in 2023.
Jamie McMahon, a Sydney Swans AFL and AFLW member, was the winner of vehicle through the 2023 Volksgiving competition and he and his family picked up his new wheels at Henson Park at the AFLW game on Sunday afternoon.
"The largest thing I have won outside of this (the Volkswagen) is a meat tray, so it's a bit of a step up!" McMahon joked when presented with his prize.
"I follow the Swans on all social media platforms so I just saw the competition pop up and entered."
The Volksgiving competition provided the chance for Swans members and fans to win weekly prizes including signed merchandise, tickets to Sydney Swans home games, Sydney Swans and Volkswagen merchandise and the ultimate prize of the Volkswagen T-Cross Life.
The Sydney Swans would like to thank all those who participated in the competition this year and congratulate Jamie on winning the major prize, a deserved winner after many years as a member of the AFL team and also an AFLW member the past two seasons.
