The Sydney Swans Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2023, at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held in the Paul and Karen Moore Auditorium, at the Basil Sellers Richard Colless Centre.

Sydney Swans Members are welcome to attend the AGM and are requested to register their planned attendance in advance of the meeting.

A Member has the right to appoint a proxy to attend on their behalf and the proxy must be a member of the club or otherwise approved in writing by the Board.

The meeting will also be available to watch via a live stream. The link to this stream will be available on our website closer to the AGM date. Any questions to be addressed at the AGM are required to be provided in writing in advance of the meeting.

Michael O’Loughlin, a current member elect Director, has indicated he intends to offer himself for re-election following the end of his current term. Nominations for this open position, currently held by Michael O’Loughlin, close on February 5, 2024.

Michael O’Loughlin has been a valuable contributor to the club during his term as a Director and the Board supports his re-election.
