After a tough contest in Round 3 the Sydney Swans AFLW side is preparing for a Sydney Derby at Henson Park. Assistant coach Tanya Hetherington shares her take on the upcoming match against her old side and discusses the squad's young stars.

Not the result we wanted in Coffs Harbour. What were the key takeaways from the game?

Key takeaways from the game was that we saw some glimpses of our brand of footy but unfortunately we weren’t able to produce it consistently against a really strong opponent.

QBE Sydney Swans Academy product Holly Cooper made her AFLW debut in Round 3. How did she perform?

Holly has worked really hard to learn our system and she has developed really well over the course of the pre season so it was so good to see her come in, play to her strengths and impact.

Cynthia Hamilton is a test for Round 4 after a quad injury. What does she bring to the side?

Cynthia brings so much aggression and leadership to our side. We sorely missed her on the weekend. She is one of our most selfless players and we look forward to welcoming her back ASAP.

We return to Henson Park for the first time this season. What’s unique about this ground?

The best part of playing at Henson Park is definitely the atmosphere that the ground generates with spectators flocking to the hill. It is a great oval to come on down with your friends and have a great day out at the footy.
