2024 TOYOTA AFL GRAND FINAL TICKETING IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS
Members who are successful in obtaining a 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket via the member ballot will automatically be charged for tickets once it has been confirmed that the Sydney Swans will participate in the 2024 Grand Final. Members who were successful in the ballot will begin to be charged on Saturday, September 21 following the Preliminary Final.
Please ensure that you have enough funds for all tickets on your nominated credit card. If your credit card fails to process, you will receive an SMS from Ticketek and email from the Club with strict payment instructions. Please ensure you follow these instructions as your ticket(s) will be automatically void should your payment fail to be taken.
BALLOT RESULTS
Once the ballot has been finalised, members can log onto the Ticketek website to check the outcome of their ticket registration by using their Ticketek Customer ID.
Email notification will also be sent to successful and unsuccessful members by the Club on Monday, September 23. If you were successful in obtaining tickets, this communication will also detail how to access your mobile Grand Final ticket(s) via the Ticketek app.
How to find your Ticketek Account Number?
Your Ticketek Account Number can be found on your registration confirmation email from Ticketek. Members who registered over the phone were given this number at the completion of the call. If you cannot locate your Ticketek account number via email you can follow the below steps to locate it via the Ticketek Website or Ticketek App.

Unfortunately, Sydney Swans Membership Support do not have access to members Ticketek account numbers.
TICKETS VIA THE TICKETEK APP
Tickets for successful members will only be accessible via the Ticketek App. Barcodes and forwarding will be locked until 10am, Thursday, September 26. Tickets will be available to download and forward as mobile tickets from, the purchasers Ticketek account. We strongly encourage members to save their tickets to their phone wallet prior to arriving at the match.
