Two cities one team – and a new home in our old heartland. We’re thrilled to announce we’re opening a new shopfront in the heart of South Melbourne.
The new office, set open in February 2025, is located on Cecil Street directly across from the iconic South Melbourne Market.
It will include a merch store and be open for member enquiries, providing a new hub for our Victorian based members.
As part of the move, the Swans will team up with 98 Gym, replicating the successful partnership that exists at Swans HQ in Sydney.
98 Gym is a performance-focused, community-driven training facility dedicated to raising the standard of group training across Australia, with nine locations nationwide.
Sydney Swans Head of Melbourne Jonathon Monasso said the move is a great opportunity to further connect with the club’s South Melbourne heritage.
“Our connection to South Melbourne remains an integral part of our club culture, and this move gives us a valuable presence in amongst South Melbourne’s busiest precinct,” Monasso said.
“We are moving right into the heart of the South Melbourne and look forward to strengthening our connection to the community that means so much to our club.
“From mid-February, our doors will be open to members for all membership enquiries, and to explore all the latest merchandise offerings, including a few Melbourne only exclusives.
“We’re excited to do this in partnership with 98 Gym, a leader in the health and fitness space, founded in Sydney. We hope that many of our Melbourne based fans will connect with 98 to achieve their health goals.”
The Swans current office at the old Lake Oval in Albert Park is now closed.
Members wishing to collect their member pack prior to Christmas, can do so at the South Melbourne Market on Friday December 13 – Sunday December 15.
