We're thrilled to announce that Ray White, Australasia's largest real estate group, has joined the Sydney Swans.

The three-year partnership will see Ray White become the Official Real Estate Agent of the Sydney Swans, a Premier Partner of the club’s men’s team and Official Partner of Sydney’s women’s team.

Ray White is a household name in Australasia, synonymous with the property and real estate industry. The White family owned and led property giant, established in 1902 in regional Queensland, has 1000 franchised offices across Australia and New Zealand.

The partnership will see Ray White host key events at Sydney Swans HQ, including a high-performance kick-off event, an emerging leaders’ program, training night, and franchisee events – all designed to engage and inspire their people.

Ray White New South Wales | ACT CEO Tim Snell said he was excited to launch the new high performance partnership.

“The Sydney Swans have a high performance culture that we identify strongly with at Ray White,” Mr Snell said.

“We’ve been working with the Sydney Swans since last year to find the perfect balance between high performance activations and brand positioning and feel we’ve landed on something special for us and our people.

“Elite agents and elite sportspeople have aligned goals, values and strengths - and we want to learn from the best. For us, in New South Wales, the best are found at the Swans.

“The Swans cultivate a culture of high performance, excellence and success. This partnership is a collaboration between our high performance businesses and our people.”

Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley welcomed Ray White to the Swans family.

“Ray White is an admired and well-respected company that has been helping Australians buy and sell property for generations – so we are excited to be partnering with them,” Harley said.

“Ray White’s focus on building high-performing teams aligns with our objectives as a football club, and we will be activating the partnership by using Sydney Swans HQ to its full potential as a destination for high performance.”
