The Sydney Swans have joined forces with leading sports-imaging provider PRP Diagnostic Imaging, which has just opened at a new location in Sydney’s Moore Park.

PRP will be Sydney’s Official Imaging Provider, giving the Swans access to advanced diagnostic technology and specialist reporting.

In addition to having a new 3T MRI scanner, which provides increased patient comfort, faster scan times and improved image quality, PRP has become the first private radiology group in the world to offer Canon Medical’s AI-powered CT reconstruction technology.

PRP’s Dr Phil Lucas said the Moore Park clinic was thrilled to have teamed up with the Swans.

“PRP Diagnostic Imaging Moore Park are proud to announce that we are the Official Imaging Provider to the Sydney Swans,” Dr Lucas said.

“As specialists in elite sports-medical imaging, we look forward to providing the Swans with comprehensive imaging expertise. 

“Our state-of-the-art clinic will also be providing an extensive range of services to the surrounding local community, including cardiac, oncology, obstetric/women’s imaging, paediatrics, ultrasound and CT-guided injections, as well as our new ultra-low dose CT and 3T MRI.” 

The partnership has been locked in until at least the end of 2020.
