Sydney Swans midfielder Kieren Jack and Swans chef Courtney Roulston went head to head in the kitchen for a smoothie challenge thanks to Rokeby Farms.

Kieren Jack’s Berry Bananza Smoothie 

Ingredients
1 small banana
½ cup frozen mixed berries
2 tsp. pure maple syrup
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 ½ cups Rokeby Farms Blueberry Filmjolk
Few mint leaves 

Method

Blend with ice and serve with a mint garnish.


Courtney Roulston’s Nutty Nana Smoothie
 

Ingredients
1 small banana
¼ cup raw cashews
¼ cup water
3-4 medjool dates, pitted
1 tub Rokeby Farms Vanilla Quark
2 level tsp. raw cacao
Pinch ground cinnamon
2 tsp. maple syrup

Method

  1. Blend water, cashews and dates to form a nut butter.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in blender with the nut butter and blend with ice.
  3. Garnish with sprinkle cinnamon.
