The Sydney Swans have combined forces with a community-based welfare organisation to help those in need at Christmas.

The Swans and Pass it on Clothing have teamed up to donate a range of clothing to people who are homeless, with country NSW towns Dubbo, Brewarrina, Bourke, Weilmoringle and Walgett set to receive the goods.

The initiative has seen Swans staff, coaches and players donate their 2018 merchandise to the all-important cause.

Pass it on Clothing has recently surpassed 37,000 donations of clothing over the course of two years.
