The Sydney Swans... well, a select group... hit the track this morning in front of a sizeable crowd of locals across from the venue hosting Sunday's JLT Community Series, C.ex International Stadium.

Those weren't selected for the match against North Melbourne were put through their paces including Lance Franklin, Heath Grundy, Dane Rampe and Aliir Aliir.

To boost the Swans' numbers, the squad was joined by members of the North Coast Academy. They took part in the whole session and held their own against their senior-listed counterparts.
