The 35,773 in the crowd were certainly impressed, the commentators couldn't sing his praises enough and the coaches couldn't go past him either when awarding their AFL Coaches Association Champion Player of the Year votes for Saturday's Round 18 clash at the SCG.
Callum Sinclair made the most of his first AFL game back for a few weeks with, arguably, his best performance in red and white.
He earned the full 10 votes from coaches John Longmire and Alan Richardson for his best-on-ground efforts against St Kilda which included 19 disposals, 10 marks and a career-high five goals.
He lead a host of teammates who also received votes including star forward Lance Franklin and Round 18 Rising Star nominee Lewis Melican (each with five votes), reliable defender Heath Grundy (four votes), classy youngster Isaac Heeney (two votes) and skipper Josh Kennedy (one vote).
Luke Dunstan (three votes) flew the flag for St Kilda.
Richmond's Dustin Martin took the lead in the overall standings after earning 10 votes for his performance in the Tigers' win over GWS on Sunday which took him to 92 votes overall, one point in front of Patrick Dangerfield.
There's daylight between the pair and the rest of the field with former Swan now Hawk Tom Mitchell (69), Essendon's Zach Merrett (67) and Brisbane's Dayne Zorko (66) rounding out the top five.
