Saturday afternoon’s elimination final between Sydney and Essendon at the SCG is officially a sell out with no further tickets remaining.
A limited release of unused AFL and Club tickets were released for sale on Tuesday but have now sold out.
It is expected to be an electric crowd at the SCG with a bumper attendance now expected at the stadium that has a capacity of 48,000.
Fans who have not been able to get a ticket and would like to watch the match with an atmosphere can head along to one of the Sydney Swans Friendly Venues.

Following the elimination final the Sydney Swans NEAFL side will take on the Brisbane Lions in the 2017 NEAFL Grand Final.
Patrons can enter through Gate A on Driver Avenue for access to the NEAFL match from 7.15pm.
If attending the elimination final and staying to watch the match, please make your way to the SCG Members Reserve after the final siren of the senior’s match.
It is important that patrons do not exit the venue when moving into the Members Area. Please use one of the cross over points noted below:
- Behind Bay 33 on the Brewongle Concourse
- Near Gate G – following the Bill O’Reilly Concourse to the end, walking towards the Bradman Stand
For those only attending the NEAFL match, free access will be permitted via SCG Gate A on Driver Avenue from 7:15pm only.
Food and drink will be available to purchase in the MA Noble Stand Level 1 food court.
SCG dress regulations will not apply.
All guests planning to attend the NEAFL Grand Final are encouraged to take public transport as parking will not be available due to the AFL Elimination Final and NRL Elimination Final at Allianz Stadium.
Shuttle buses from Moore Park to Central and Circular Quay will run until approximately 10:40pm.
