Emerging midfielder Jake Lloyd has been cleared to play in Saturday's clash against Port Adelaide at the SCG.
Doubts surrounded Lloyd's availability after the 22-year-old collided heavily with Fremantle defender Zac Dawson during the last quarter of Sunday's 90-point win in Perth.
He took no further part in the match and was monitored closely this week, with coach John Longmire mentioning Lloyd had pulled up sore from the incident on Monday.
But, after ticking all the boxes at training, Lloyd was given the green light by medicos and will resume his place in what is an unchanged line-up for the Round 20 encounter with Port Adelaide.
It will be, barring any late outs, the first time this season that the Sydney Swans will go in unchanged.
Longmire and the rest of the match committee made no changes ahead of the Round 11 clash against Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium, only to make a late swap (Harry Marsh for a managed Callum Mills) on game day.
With only four rounds remaining in the regular season and with experience waiting in the wings in the form of Ted Richards and Ben McGlynn, Longmire says it's a great scenario for the coaching panel to be in.
"It was obviously a terrific win last week," he said.
"And Jake Lloyd did all he needed to do and pulled up really well so great to go in with no changes."
Still with a sniff at finals, Port Adelaide presents a considerable challenge for the Sydney Swans on Saturday.
They boast a talented midfield and a potent forward line, while ruckman Jackson Trengove is in strong form and will be a tough opponent for young bucks Sam Naismith and Toby Nankervis to contain.
Sydney has won 13 of the past 14 against the Power, the last coming in Round 14 last season with Josh Kennedy (33 disposals) starring.
