The man behind some of the biggest deals in football takes us behind the scenes on the negotiations involving Lance Franklin and Kurt Tippett joining the Swans.
It is also a very passionate Ireland who gives his open and frank opinion on the way Adam Goodes was treated during his final year at the Club.
Ireland played 110 games for Collingwood before forging a career as one of the most respected football administrators.
He joined the Swans in 2002, to head up football operations and became CEO at the start of 2010. From 1990-2001 he was CEO of the Brisbane Bears and then the Brisbane Lions.
