The AFL is reminding fans that Saturday night’s clash between the Sydney Swans and Collingwood will be played at the SCG, after three Swans’ home games were moved from ANZ Stadium.

Sydney Swans CEO and Managing Director Andrew Ireland said they’re expecting a big crowd in the SCG precinct and fans should arrive early.

“We’re really excited to be opening the season at our spiritual home, in what will mark our 350th game at the SCG,” Ireland said.

“Tickets sales are strong so we’re expecting a big crowd. We want to remind our fans that our game has been moved to the SCG and that they should arrive early as there will be a number of events in the SCG precinct this weekend.”

Gates for Saturday night’s game open at 5.45pm. The game starts 7.25pm.
