The Sydney Swans' Nick Smith, Lewis Melican and Robbie Fox visited local junior footy club the Drummoyne Power on Wednesday night.
The trio enjoyed a kick with the young boys at Drummoyne Oval, before heading for the warmth of the clubhouse for a question-and-answer and autograph session.
Melican says he always enjoys touching base with the stars of tomorrow.
"It's great to get back to where it all began and put some time into the young kids. They're always full of so much energy and they love their footy so much.
"I remember when the Geelong Cats used to come along to my junior club back in the day, and it was always so special to look up and see AFL footballers."
The entire Swans squad was split up for visits right across Sydney on Wednesday, from the Heathcoate Hawks in the south to the Willoughby Wildcats in the north and a long list of clubs in-between.
