Tiger small forward on the market, Chappy gets tested and Magpies-Giants get ready for a swap
Nahas being shopped
Richmond forward Robin Nahas reportedly has been told he won't be offered a new contract at the Tigers.
The club has told Nahas he will be delisted if a suitable trade cannot be found, News Limited says.
West Coast has shown some mild interest in the 25-year old, and is believed to be the only club in the mix for his services so far.
It comes as the Tigers rule out making a play for departing Geelong champion Paul Chapman.
Instead, the club believes it has enough small forwards to cover Nahas' departure.
Bombs away
Chapman is in demand though, with News Limited reporting he will undergo medical testing on Wednesday as Essendon and Carlton chase the former Geelong star.
The Blues believe Chapman will end up at the Bombers, to be reunited with his former coach Mark Thompson.
It's reported Chapman is asking for a two-year deal worth $300,000 a season, and the Blues are determined not to enter a bidding war with the Dons.
Meanwhile, Bomber David Myers could "well be in the mix" to end up at another club, according to his manager Colin Young.
Myers is looking for more opportunity to play in the midfield, and will assess his options.
Swap on the cards
A simple swap of draft picks could be all it takes to ensure Taylor Adams lands at Collingwood and sends Heath Shaw north to Greater Western Sydney.
AFLcom.au revealed on Tuesday that a pick-swap was on the cards, and now News Limited is reporting that the Magpies may only need to give up a second round pick in exchange for a third round selection for the deal to get over the line.
One option could see the Pies swap pick 27 for the Giants' pick 35.
That third round pick could then be used to get Jesse White to Collingwood.
Hawks still eyeing Longer
Hawthorn is reportedly still interested in Billy Longer, despite luring St Kilda ruckman Ben McEvoy to the club last week.
The Hawks are optimistic about bolstering their ruck stocks with the Brisbane Lions big man, but admit they may be unable to satisfy the Lions' demands.
The Hawks have also ruled out re-drafting Mitch Thorp in this year's national draft, while Xavier Ellis appears destined to play at West Coast next season.
