The Sydney Swans will take on Hawthorn at the SCG on Saturday, July 25 with the AFL confirming the revised Round 8 fixture.
The 3:35pm match will mark Sydney’s second home game at the SCG in as many weeks after successive away games in Queensland, against West Coast and Richmond.
Travel and border restrictions mean the AFL is gradually releasing the fixture throughout the season to allow for maximum flexibility due to the ever changing nature of the COVID-19 crisis.
Sydney Swans members will be welcomed to the SCG this weekend as part of a crowd of up to 10,000 people allowed into the stadium. Tickets will be allocated through a member ballot to take place early in the week.
