It was a dismal day against Richmond but a few efforts stood out. We want more of them this Sunday against the Saints...
There’s no hiding from the fact that it was a dismal day for the Swans and their supporters at the MCG against Richmond last Sunday.
So this week on the website we’re taking a different tact and have decided not to post our usual “Play of the Day’’ or “Handpicked Highlights’’ video packages.
However, we have managed to find a few outstanding efforts from the boys during the course of the game - the sort of stuff we need to see for four quarters against St Kilda at ANZ Stadium next Sunday afternoon.
Given the soul searching going on amongst the players, we’re hopeful they’ll get back on track and lift their effort this week.
