The Sydney Swans would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal members for their support and commitment throughout the 2011 season. We would especially like to acknowledge those dedicated members who have attended every home match this season rail, hail or shine!
As John Longmire said earlier this season, “at the Swans, we strive to be an inclusive, honest, competitive and ultimately successful football club”. Underpinning these objectives are the people who join us on this journey - our members. The support we receive is part of what makes our team great, and the players, coaches and staff are grateful to have our members with us every step of the way.
As a show of gratitude, those dedicated members who have attended all 10 home games this season will be entered into the draw to win a signed, match-worn guernsey as part of our ‘Attend 11’ competition.
Winners of the competition will be presented with their guernseys in a special on-field presentation by recently retired 2005 premiership player Craig Bolton before the commencement of the match against the Brisbane Lions this Saturday.
Following a sensational victory over the Geelong Cats, the team is looking to continue their great form against the Lions in their final regular season game this weekend. A home final is on the line and we need all members and supporters there to cheer the red and white! Nothing lifts the Swans like the home crowd, so make sure you get behind your team.
Thank you again,
Member Services team
