They ran, they jumped, they skipped, they leaped, and then ran some more, all in the name of Swansfit.
Kids at Mowbray Primary School got their hearts racing on Tuesday morning during the official launch of Volkswagen Swansfit, a new initiative to get kids moving and teach them about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
The program will be rolled out in primary schools with 45-minute fitness sessions in which children will rotate through six skills stations including skipping and agility poles.
Check out the best shots from the morning where Kurt Tippett, Jordan Foote, Abe Davis and Harry Marsh put the kids through their paces.
