The Sydney Swans will be aiming for their first NEAFL premiership when they take on the Southport Sharks in the NEAFL Grand Final on Sunday afternoon.
The Swans 56-point win over the Canberra Demons in the preliminary final on Saturday booked their place in a third succesive Grand Final.
Southport had a 37-point win over Aspley at Fankhauser Reserve to confirm their place as hosts of the 2018 premiership decider.
