Prior to joining the red and white she spent two years at the Lions Academy after being selected with pick 78 in the 2022 AFLW Draft. Hillier averaged 11 disposals and five rebounds at the AFLW Under 18 Championships, and while she has been named as an emergency at the Lions, she is yet to make her AFLW debut.
