In this lesson, students will begin their fitness journey, visualising changes that occur inside and outside the body when healthy habits are adopted and targeting the health and fitness of themselves and others through physical testing and media messaging.
Although fitness comes in all shapes and sizes depending on the individual and the type of fitness they are training for, there are some general areas of fitness that always apply: Cardiovascular Health, Muscular Strength, Digestive Health and a Positive Mindset.
