This weekend, when we celebrate Red Day at the SCG, some of our friends and families from Redkite will be taking part on our game day at the SCG.
Ahead of the game, children and families took part in drawing some of our players and their impressive artworks have been used on our social media channels this week and the team will be introduced with these drawings when they run out ahead of the Round 19 clash with the Adelaide Crows on the SCG. Keep your eyes peeled on the big screen to see the whole team!
Plus, keep an eye on the activities on the field ahead of the game with families from Redkite taking part in our Guard of Honour and Little Isaac running out with the team this week.
This Red Day, let's show children with cancer we're on their team!
RED DAY
The Sydney Swans have been on Redkite’s team for 22 years, supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer through our annual Red Day.
The Sydney Swans and Redkite will come together once again this year to mark Red Day at the SCG.
Our club is dedicated to helping our members, fans and the community and we are asking our footy family to stand with us and show children with cancer we’re on their team as we look to raise $50,000 for Redkite.
We encourage Swans fans to show their support to these children and their families and donate to Redkite and buy a virtual kite HERE.
Fans attending Red Day at the SCG will also have the opportunity to show their support and donate at the game.
