Trent Dennis-Lane gives sydneyswans.com.au his thoughts on season 2010, his season highlight and what he'll be doing during his break from footy...

What was your highlight for the season?
I probably have two. The first was playing my first game and the other was winning the first final against Carlton.

How did it feel to be part of that final against Carlton?
The first half of the first quarter, I found myself catching my breath quite a lot just due to the intensity, and the same again with the last fifteen minutes of the last quarter. I can’t really remember the tackle in the last quarter. I just remember having the ball in my hands and then kicking it and watching it go through - I’m pretty much blank before and after that.

Which of your teammates have most impressed you this year?
I think Kizza (Kieren Jack) was really good - I like watching him play. He has a crack, every single time he just has a crack. I’ve tagged Bulldog (Jarred Moore) for most of the year and learnt a lot from him. He is a smart bloke and knows how to go about his business. He’s great out on the ground and provides a lot of direction.

What areas of your game do you need to improve on for 2011?
Just some basics in terms of getting stronger and fitter.

What are your plans for the break?
I’m just going to have a relaxing break. I might head home to Perth for a little while and a few mates might pop over to Sydney. Other than that I will do some running and gym work and just make sure I’m ready to go for the pre-season.
