The Sydney Swans will take on Hawthorn at the SCG on Saturday August 25 to close out the 2018 home and away season.
The bounce of the ball has been confirmed for 7.25pm to be broadcast on Channel Seven.
A full Round 23 fixture was confirmed by the AFL on Monday afternoon.
Tickets for the Round 23 match will be available through Ticketek for an exclusive members presale from 11am Wednesday August 1st, with tickets available to the general public from 2pm Thursday August 2nd.
