Young Sydney Swans player Cynthia Hamilton has been named the NAB AFLW Round 10 Rising Star.
It is the club's third nomination for the season with Montana Ham (Round 4) and Sofia Hurley (Round 9) also nominated in 2022.
Sydney joins Port Adelaide and West Coast with three players nominated for the award this season which will be presented at the 2022 W Awards in November.
Hamilton was a shining light for the Swans in the Round 10 loss to the Geelong Cats at GMHBA Stadium. She led the team in disposals (19), marks (five), clearances (five) and tackles (four).
The 18-year-old also had 13 contested possessions, three rebound 50s, 447 metres gained and disposed the ball at 78.95 per cent efficiency.

Hamilton has only missed one game this season (due to concussion protocols), averaging 2.7 clearances, 3.2 tackles and 10.9 disposals.
Sydney Swans Head Coach Scott Gowans said the nomination was great reward for Hamilton's first year of AFLW.
"Cynthia has worked so hard to become the player she has in her first year," Gowans said.
"Her ability to win her own football and also bring others into the game is amazing. She displays versatility to go forward and kick a goal and can also go behind the football to intercept."
