11 home game blockbusters 

11 home games, 11 unmissable matches.  The SCG will play host to huge blockbuster clashes in 2023 against the likes of the Geelong Cats in Round 16, Western Bulldogs in Round 18 and Melbourne in Round 24. Crucial games against some of the toughest teams in the competition.

The Swans side will want to continue their hold over the Demons, the last time they faced the Demons was the memorable Qualifying Final win. Meanwhile the last time the Dogs visited Sydney, the Swans recorded a dominant victory. But no home game will be more exciting,  than when Sydney face-off against 2022 Grand Final opponents, Geelong.

First home game double-header against Hawthorn 

The season will kick off with a massive double-header against Hawthorn. The Swan’s VFL team will meet the Box Hill Hawks on Sunday, 26 March in a Round 1 clash at Lakeside Oval, Driver Avenue at 1:10pm before the Swans’ senior side will take on Hawthorn in Round 2 for their first home game at the SCG.  

While entry to Lakeside is free, you'll need a ticket to head into the SCG after. So why not grab a Swans Pass and gain 11 flexible tickets to use at home games. Take 10 of your mates for the perfect Sunday afternoon or attend every match. The choice is up to you.  

Easter long weekend v Port Adelaide 

The countdown to Easter is on with a four-day long weekend fast approaching. Staying in Sydney? Fill your Saturday evening and head to the SCG to watch the Swans take on Port Adelaide and settle the score since their last meeting.

Sydney Derby against the GIANTS

The SCG will come alive in Round 7 as the Swans and the GIANTS face off in a hotly anticipated Sydney Derby on Saturday 29 April at 2:10pm. The home derby is always the hottest ticket in town as we face our cross-town rivals, so buy a Swans Pass and gain access to 11 flexible tickets to use across the season - or all at once with 10 mates. 

Geelong Cats rematch

Add Round 16 to your Red 5 line up as Sydney face the Geelong Cats for a second time in the 2023 AFL season, and the first time the Cats have visited Sydney since Buddy 1000. The long-standing rivalry against the Cats will continue in another encounter that you won’t want to miss. 

Marn Grook at the SCG and Pride Round 

There is something special about our two themed rounds. Marn Grook at the SCG in Round 11 against Carlton and Pride Game against St Kilda in Round 13. Each match celebrates important facets of the club with both rounds hotly contested on the field, and in the stands.  

We suggest using your Red 5 membership to gain access to the best seats in the house on game day with unreserved tickets in the Red Zone. You will also have access to the exclusive dining and bar facilities in the MA Noble Stand at the SCG.

Victorian tour 

Six games will take place in our second home of Victoria – three at the MCG, two at Marvel Stadium and one at GMHBA Stadium – with South Melbourne fans gearing up for some exciting matchups.  

Watch the Swans take on Melbourne in Round 3 and Collingwood (in what is expected to be a blockbuster 2022 Preliminary Final rematch) in Round 8 at the MCG. Geelong will host the Swans at GMHBA Stadium for Round 6 while Sydney will return to face North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium in Round 10.   

We have several memberships to suit our Victorian fanbase so you can be part of all the action. If you can’t make it to all six games the VIC Flexi option allows you to only pay for the matches you attend at the MCG and Marvel Stadium.
