Following Round 2 of the 2023 Toyota AFL Premiership season, Sydney Swans co-captain and last year’s victor Callum Mills has established an early lead following his 10 votes in the Swans 81-point victory over Hawthorn at the SCG.

Mills leads the tally with Swans teammates Errol Gulden and Dane Rampe rounding out the top three on the leaderboard.

Mills proved to be unstoppable in the midfield with 28 disposals and was handy on the scoreboard too, booting two goals while Errol impressed with 28 disposals in Round 2.

In the Bill Mohr Medal, for leading goal kicker, Isaac Heeney and Mills are the highest polling Swans with three goals each this season.

Port Adelaide’s Todd Marshall currently leads the tally after the opening fortnight of the competition.

Heeney has now kicked at least one goal in his last 16 games and in 27 of his last 29 games for the Swans.

The Carey Bunton Medal is awarded by the NSW Australian Football History Society for the best player from NSW in the AFL this season while the Bill Mohr Medal is to the leading goalkicker from NSW in the AFL this season.
