Sydney Swans co-captain Callum Mills holds a lead in the Carey Bunton Medal heading into Round 4 of the competition, while teammate Errol Gulden remains hot on his heels in second place and co-captain Dane Rampe in equal third.
No Swans players polled votes following their Round 3 defeat to the Melbourne Demons at the MCG, however the three Swans still sit at top of the leaderboard thanks to strong performances in their owning three games of the season.
Moving into the leaderboard in equal third place was Gold Coast captain Jarrod Witts who polled five coaches' votes in their victory over Geelong.
