Sydney Swans players will spread their wings far and wide across New South Wales next week as they embark on their 2012 Australia Post AFL Community Camp.

On February 14 and 15 players will visit the Illawarra, Terrigal, Bowral, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga and the Sydney metropolitan area.

During the camps, Swans players will get busy in the community, visiting schools, hospitals, local football clubs and running AFL clinics for local juniors.

All visits will take place from February 14-15. Full details of what the Swans will be getting up to in the communities are as follows…
