Senior coach John Longmire has named his side ahead of Saturday afternoon's clash at the SCG. The Swans will face the West Coast Eagles in a must-win game for both teams.
In positive news Isaac Heeney, Callum Mills and Logan McDonald have all re-entered the team.
Heeney missed Round 14 due to concussion symptoms while both Callum Mills and Logan McDonald sustained a calf strain and medial ankle injury respectively in Round 9 against Fremantle.
“They’ve missed a bit of footy so it’s good to get them back in the team but they're training well and it's good to get them back in," Longmire told Swans TV.
It's a much-needed injection of experience after the Swans suffered a loss to the Brisbane Lions last week.
Tom McCartin returned to full training this week and is expected to return the VFL.
“We went through Tommy’s program and originally got a knock in Round 4 so it’s been a long time since he’s done any competitive work at training," Longmire noted.
"We want to make sure he keeps getting confident in the VFL and build up through there.”
The Sydney Swans will play back-to-back games at the SCG in a Saturday afternoon thriller before facing Geelong on Friday night next week.
